YANA – Cooperative for Innovation, Education and Accessible Communication

YANA is a cooperative founded and led by Deaf individuals, active in the development of accessible educational, digital and audiovisual solutions. We operate in the field of Italian Sign Language (LIS), structured training and technological innovation applied to learning and communication processes.

We design LIS training programmes inspired by the CEFR, structured into progressive levels, clear objectives and well-defined methodologies. We develop internally created digital tools to support teaching, course management systems and interactive visual environments aimed at improving comprehension and language production.

Audiovisual production represents a central component of our identity: we create educational, informative and documentary content according to professional standards, with particular attention to visual quality, cinematic composition and conceptual accessibility.

YANA integrates pedagogical, technological and creative expertise to build inclusive, sustainable and future-oriented learning environments. We collaborate with the Deaf community, professionals and institutions interested in developing spaces of cooperation and equitable access to knowledge.
